Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare patient rooms, offices, and common areas with care and attention to detail
• Pull linens, make beds, and ensure rooms remain clean and comfortable
• Safely use cleaning equipment and chemicals in accordance with hospital standards
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors to maintain cleanliness and safety
• Empty trash and maintain sanitary conditions throughout the facility
• Sanitize restrooms and high-touch areas to help prevent the spread of infection
• Respond to cleaning requests and support additional housekeeping tasks as needed
• Work collaboratively with hospital staff to provide a welcoming and hygienic environment for patients and visitors

Qualifications

• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 30–50 lbs
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and move for 8-hour shifts
• Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Weekend availability is required
• Must pass a background check
• Must be able to follow safety and cleanliness protocols consistently
• Ability to work day, evening, night, or mid-shifts as needed

Requirements

• No prior housekeeping experience required — paid training starts day one
• Strong work ethic with a focus on reliability and attendance

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
