Headhunters Direct Hire and Staffing Specialists LLC d/b/a Elite Staffing Solutions and its affiliates and related entities (collectively, “Company,” or “we”) is committed to protecting the privacy of certain data we collect when you access this website, our onboarding and job application tools, or the Company’s social media pages (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)] under our operation and control (collectively, the “Site”).


This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes our policies and practices regarding our collection, use and disclosure of information you submit or we obtain in connection with your use of our Site. This Policy is incorporated into and subject to the Terms of Use.

Please read this Policy carefully before using the Site or submitting personal information to us. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE, YOU CONSENT TO THE COLLECTION, USE, AND SHARING OF YOUR INFORMATION AS SET FORTH IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY.

We reserve the right to change this Policy at any time. In the event we make material changes to the Policy, we will provide notice through the Site. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site and will apply to your use of the Site after the “effective date” listed above. We collect personal information that you provide to us. For example, we collect information when you visit the Site and contact us, request a quote, create an account, sign up for job alerts, or submit your resume for a job match. When you apply for a position, we collect information you provide in the application, resume or related documents. During the onboarding process, we collect information you provide for that purpose. If you use Pay Stub Account Access or Pay Stub Access, we also collect information that you submit.

We collect some of this information through third party tools, applications or designated URLs. These third parties may store this information in the cloud.

We use the information we collect to operate the Site, carry out our business, comply with laws and for other purposes described herein.

In connection with the actions listed above, you may provide the following personal information:

  • Your name
  • Email Address
  • Address
  • Phone number
  • Account username and password
  • Company name
  • Information included in your application or resume (e.g., including but not limited to name, email address, phone number, whether you are authorized to work in the US, work history , and other information you submit)
  • Information you provide during onboarding (including but not limited to Social Security number, tax information, payroll related information such as financial account, WOTC, I-9, data of birth, emergency contacts and dependents)

You do not have to provide the above information; however, if you do not provide information when requested, you may not be able to access certain functions or areas of the Site, and we may be unable to provide you with certain information or process your application.

We may also collect information passively or automatically from you to compile statistical information through analytics services concerning your usage of the Site. To do so, we may collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions and patterns, including:

  • the precise location of your device or information about your approximate location each time you access the Site, in accordance with your device permissions

  • Email pixel tracking. We may embed email pixels in emails we send you. When you open the email, is sends back information.   • Facebook meta pixel. This pixel is used for tracking and serving targeted ads. This data is anonymized.
  • URL trackers. These third party trackers are strings of code that track user behavior after clicking on a URL for marketing purposes. This data is anonymized.
  • Browser/device/online fingerprinting. These third party tools use scripts to track the attributes of the visitor’s device or browser to build a profile of the user.
  • Chatbot. The Site uses a chatbot to process and respond to user questions. The chatbot is an automated bot. The user’s interaction with the chatbot may be recorded and aggregated for customer relations management history.
  • Session replay. We record you interaction with the Site to help us analyze and understand how the Site is utilized by visitors and to help improve it. This tool may record information such as your clicks, scrolls and mouse movements, feedback polls, country, duration, device, name, email, ID, browser, OS, and IP address. This data is anonymized.
  • Social media widgets. The Site includes social media features, such as the Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube widgets. These features may collect information about you such as your IP address and which page you are visiting on the Site. They may set a cookie or employ other tracking technologies to accomplish this. Social media features and widgets may be hosted by a third party. Your interactions with those features are governed by the privacy policies of the companies that provide them.
  • Google Analytics. The Site may use Google tools to help us analyze utilization of the website, track users, help with remarketing, or for audience or customer match.   • Third parties and vendors that assist us with creating marketing profiles, delivering targeted ads, conducting background checks, recruiting, etc.

  1. Do Not Track.

“Do Not Track” is a privacy preference you can set in your Internet search browser that sends a signal to a website that you do not want the website operator to track certain browsing information about you.
