Material Handler – 3rd Shift

We’re hiring a 1st Shift Material Handler – to support shipping operations and assist in preventative maintenance across both Plant 1 and Plant 2. If you’re hands-on, safety-conscious, and ready to contribute to a team that values integrity, excellence, and accountability—we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Assist with preventative maintenance of equipment across multiple facilities
• Operate forklifts, cranes, and yard trucks for material handling
• Pull, assemble, and package orders per shipping requirements
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Conduct inspections and perform basic equipment maintenance
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Complete paperwork and tagging for inventory accuracy
• Follow all safety and operational protocols

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license (required)
• High school diploma or GED (preferred)
• Basic computer and measurement skills
• Ability to stand, bend, climb, and move for extended periods
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in warehousing, shipping/receiving, or industrial maintenance
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• Experience with forklifts, cranes, or yard trucks preferred (certification a plus)
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes and safety procedures
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand/power tools
• Experience reading work orders, blueprints, or maintenance documentation
• Comfortable working in varying temperature environments
