Receptionist / Onboarding Specialist – $15/hr (Full-Time, Wichita, KS)

• We are one of the fastest-growing staffing agencies in Kansas — and we’re hiring a full-time Receptionist / Onboarding Specialist to help welcome new applicants, assist with hiring paperwork, and support daily office operations.
• This is an entry-level opportunity with long-term potential in HR, recruiting, or office management for someone who is friendly, professional, and eager to grow.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in applicants and create a welcoming first impression
• Assist candidates with applications, I-9 forms, and onboarding paperwork
• Answer phones and direct calls professionally
• Set up new hires at workstations and enter data accurately
• Support internal staffing and dispatch processes
• Maintain a clean, organized front office environment
• Communicate clearly with candidates, coworkers, and leadership
• Help wherever needed — this is a fast-paced, team-driven environment

Qualifications

• No experience required, but customer service or office admin experience is a plus
• Friendly, helpful, and professional in tone and appearance
• Detail-oriented and comfortable using basic computer systems
• Able to multitask under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
• Comfortable working in-person, on-site, Monday through Friday
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Must be punctual, reliable, and eager to learn

Schedule & Pay

• Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (some flexibility depending on needs)
• Pay: $15/hour starting wage
• Location: Wichita, KS (on-site only)
• Job Type: Full-Time
