What You’ll Be Doing

As an Aerospace Warehouse Associate, you’ll play a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly and safely:

• Pull, stage, and organize aerospace parts and materials
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming products
• Prepare outgoing shipments with accuracy and attention to detail
• Maintain inventory through tracking, labeling, and cycle counts
• Handle parts with care to meet aerospace quality standards
• Operate basic warehouse equipment (training provided)
• Support multiple departments based on workload needs
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
• Work as part of a team to meet daily goals

Pay & Schedule

• Hourly Pay: $16.00–$19.00/hr (varies by role and shift)

Available Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM (+$0.50 shift differential)
• 3rd Shift: 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM (+$1.00 shift differential)

Overtime: Available depending on workload

Requirements

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to stand, walk, and stay active throughout the shift
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs (reasonable accommodations available)
• Background check & drug screen required
• No aerospace experience needed — we’ll train the right person
