Staffing Specialist – $40,000 – $50,000/Year

Elite Staffing Solutions is hiring a People Operations . You don’t need staffing or recruiting experience. If you’ve managed a busy restaurant, hotel, retail store, warehouse, call center, or other fast-paced operation, you may already have the skills to succeed here.

You’ll work directly with company ownership and leadership, giving you the opportunity to learn, contribute ideas, and take on more responsibility as you develop.

Compensation & Benefits

• $40,000/$50,000 per year
• Paid weekly by direct deposit every Friday
• Health, dental & vision insurance

• Paid time off
• Typically 8-10-hour days; office operations run between 4:30 AM and 5:00 PM

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll build relationships with clients and employees, help businesses solve their staffing needs, recruit and communicate with candidates, coordinate daily assignments, and keep things moving when priorities change.

Every day is different. You’ll be challenged to think on your feet, communicate effectively, and find solutions rather than simply follow the same routine.

Your Background Could Be a Great Fit

You don’t need staffing experience. We’re interested in people who have successfully worked in environments where people, pace, and performance matter.

Your experience might include:

• Managing a restaurant or hospitality operation
• Leading a retail or customer service team
• Supervising a warehouse or production environment
• Coordinating people, schedules, or daily operations
• Managing a high-volume customer service or call center team
• Leading a team in another fast-paced environment
