Our temporary-to-permanent method is ideal for when you want to try out an employee before making the decision to hire them. We’ll take the burden when it comes unemployment workers’ compensation, taxes, payroll, and recruiting until they are hired on to your staff full-time. Both you and the employee get time to understand if the role is a good fit, which means less risk and more reward in hiring the right person.
