About the job
As a Warehouse Aerospace Associate, you’ll support daily operations by moving materials, operating equipment, and helping keep inventory organized and on schedule. You’ll work both indoors and outdoors, assist with deliveries, and ensure items are handled safely and efficiently. Responsibilities
- Work both indoors and outdoors, even in varying weather conditions.
- Deliver and organize items at designated points across the facility.
- Maintain radio or telephone contact for seamless coordination.
- Move trailers in and out of docks efficiently and on schedule.
- Use RF computer systems for inventory tracking and control.
- Safely operate powered industrial trucks and trailers to handle freight.
- Secure items for transport and ensure accurate scanning upon delivery.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Must be dependable and punctual with strong attendance
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required — paid training is provided
Requirements
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
- Able to stand, walk, and move for extended periods (8–10 hour shifts)
- Willingness to work evening, overnight, weekend, or rotating shifts
- Ability to operate or learn to operate powered industrial equipment and RF scanners
- Maintain consistent radio or phone communication for coordination
- Perform organized delivery of items across large facilities
- Accurately scan and secure freight during transport and unloading
