Assembler

Elite Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Assembler for a contract position with one of our trusted clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment and takes pride in building quality products with accuracy and efficiency.

As an Assembler, you’ll be responsible for assembling parts or products according to specifications and ensuring each item meets quality standards before it moves to the next stage of production.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components or products using hand tools, power tools, or machinery
• Follow blueprints, diagrams, or work instructions with precision
• Inspect parts and finished assemblies for defects or quality issues
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
• Report any issues with materials or equipment to the supervisor
• Meet daily production goals and follow all safety protocols

Qualifications

• 2+ years of work experience
• Type: Contract (length varies by project)
• Hours: Full-time, overtime may be available
• Environment: Industrial/manufacturing setting

Requirements

• 1+ year of assembly or general manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
• Good manual dexterity and strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to [X lbs] during shifts
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
