Full Time: Monday-Thursday, 3rd Shift, 8:30pm – 7:00am

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, safety-minded team member to assist with warehouse operations and daily preventative equipment maintenance. In this role, you will help process, move, and package metal materials, load and unload trucks, and keep our facilities and machinery running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine preventative maintenance, inspect machinery for defects, and clean equipment using hand/power tools and technical manuals.
  • Material Handling & Fulfillment: Pull, inspect, tag, and package orders accurately based on work order specifications.
  • Loading & Unloading: Safely operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and yard trucks to load and unload trailers.
  • Facility Upkeep & Safety: Maintain an organized, clean work environment while adhering strictly to all safety and quality standards.

Qualifications & Physical Demands

  • Experience: 0–5 years of warehousing, material handling, or basic mechanical experience preferred (paid training provided).
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Driver’s License: Valid Driver’s License required.
  • Certifications: Ability to obtain certifications for forklifts, overhead cranes, and material handling equipment (training provided).
  • Skills: Basic math/measurement skills (fractions, decimals, read tape measures) and basic computer proficiency.
  • Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally and 60 lbs repetitively.
  • Ability to push/pull up to 80 lbs of force.
  • Comfortably stand for long periods and climb on/off trailers repeatedly.
  • Ability to work in varying hot/cold warehouse environments.
