Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimize operations by overseeing and improving daily staffing functions to ensure efficiency, quality service delivery, and alignment with company goals
  • Drive business growth by identifying opportunities to expand reach, strengthen client relationships, and develop innovative staffing strategies
  • Build and develop the team by mentoring and leading a high-performing group, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Ensure top-tier customer service by maintaining strong relationships with clients and employees, delivering a seamless and positive staffing experience
  • Solve problems and make decisions by thinking on your feet, navigating challenges, and implementing effective solutions
  • Manage resources and compliance by overseeing budgets, workforce allocation, and ensuring adherence to industry regulations

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication & Relationship-Building Skills – Ability to work effectively with clients, employees, and leadership with clear and professional communication
  • Minimum 3 Years of Leadership Experience – At least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably running a branch or overseeing business operations with responsibility for day-to-day functions and results
  • Industry Experience (Preferred but Not Required) – Staffing experience is a plus, but fast-paced, high-pressure leadership backgrounds are just as valuable

Requirements

  • Ability to work early morning shifts – office opens at 5:00 AM
  • Must pass pre-employment screenings as required
  • Reliable transportation to and from the office and client sites
  • Eligibility to work in the United States
