Concrete Finisher

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Concrete Finisher to join our client’s growing team. Responsibilities

• Pour, level, finish, and cure concrete according to established guidelines.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, compressed air tools, and small equipment like saws and compactors.
• Apply hand trowels, fresno tools, and various magnesium floats for a quality finish.
• Read blueprints and tape measures accurately to execute jobs to spec.
• Support production targets and deadlines through teamwork and efficient task completion.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site to promote safety and productivity.
• Adhere to safety protocols, company procedures, and attendance requirements.
• Assist in training and mentoring entry-level concrete laborers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a concrete, production, or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to thrive in physically demanding roles; must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and basic machinery; ability to operate and maintain equipment safely.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality results.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining workplace safety.
