Construction Laborer

Responsibilities

• Assist with basic construction tasks such as setting forms, pouring, and finishing concrete
• Load, unload, and stage materials and tools at job sites
• Operate hand and power tools under supervision
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following safety protocols at all times
• Support skilled tradespeople by prepping work areas and assisting as directed
• Perform general site cleanup, including sweeping, debris removal, and waste disposal

Qualifications

• No previous construction experience required — on-the-job training provided
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance record
• Ability to follow safety protocols and instructions
• Willingness to learn and grow within the construction field
• Team player with a positive attitude and good communication skills
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Able to work overtime as needed (overtime pay applies)

Requirements

• Must be able to lift, carry, bend, and twist up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work outdoors and indoors in varying weather conditions
• Able to stand and perform physical labor for 8–12 hour shifts
• Weekend availability required
• Must be physically fit and able to perform repetitive tasks
• Must be able to travel to job sites as needed (potential travel reimbursement provided)
• Reliable transportation is required for travel reimbursement eligibility
