Job Responsibilities

As a Construction Laborer, you’ll take on a variety of physical, hands-on tasks, including:

• Tearing out and removing sheetrock
• Operating hand tools and power tools
• Digging trenches and assisting machinery
• Loading and unloading materials
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized job site

Position Details

• Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (8–10 hour shifts)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend overtime
• Location: On-site in Wichita, KS

Pay Rate:

• Regular: $15.00/hour
• Overtime: $22.50/hour
• Top Pay Potential: Up to $25.50/hour
