What You Will Be Working On

• High-Speed Scanning: Set up and operate production-grade, high-speed document scanners to convert paper records into clean digital files.
• Quality Assurance: Continuously inspect digital images on screen to ensure sharpness, correct alignment, and complete readability.
• Process Flow: Review and follow work orders, adhere to strict project guidelines, and meet daily production targets.
• Equipment Care: Perform basic, routine scanner cleaning and maintain an organized, clutter-free station.
• Team Collaboration: Assist with light prep or organizational tasks across the production floor as needed.

What Can Help You Be Successful

• Keen Eye for Detail: Ability to spot missing pages, blurriness, or indexing errors quickly.
• Physical Capability: Ability to comfortably lift, carry, and move document boxes weighing up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Clear Communication: Basic English reading, writing, and comprehension skills to follow work orders and procedures.
• Dependability: Strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and a positive, cooperative mindset.

Important Work Environment Details

• Secure Environment: To protect sensitive information, personal cell phones are not permitted on the production floor during shift hours.
• Atmosphere: An active, indoor production floor with moderate machine noise levels.
