Experienced Carpenter

We’re looking for a Finish / Trim Carpenter to join our team on active construction projects.

This role involves both finish carpentry and general labor support, so we’re looking for someone who is reliable, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Read plans and specifications to determine materials and layout
• Install trim, cabinetry, windows, doors, and hardware
• Build and install frameworks (floors, walls, ceilings, etc.)
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials using hand and power tools
• Assist with formwork and basic construction tasks
• Support general labor duties as needed on-site
• Work at heights when required
• Follow all safety procedures and OSHA guidelines

Experience

• Experience in finish or trim carpentry
• Ability to read and understand basic blueprints
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to lift and perform physical labor (including heavy lifting)
• Comfortable working in a construction environment and at heights
• Knowledge of basic safety practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous construction or framing experience
• OSHA certification
• Experience working on commercial job sites
• Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision
