Forklift Operator

As a Forklift Operator – Shipping & Receiving in our Aerospace Warehouse, you’ll be responsible for safely operating industrial forklifts to move, load, and unload materials, maintain inventory accuracy, and support daily shipping and receiving operations. You’ll work in both indoor and outdoor environments and play a critical role in keeping production and delivery schedules on track. This is a skilled position requiring prior forklift experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift to move materials within the warehouse
• Transport items from receiving, production, or storage areas
• Perform various general warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications

• 6 months of forklift experience
• Ability to work independently and follow safety protocols
• Dependable and ready to start right away
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Must be dependable and punctual with strong attendance
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required — paid training is provided

Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
• Able to stand, walk, and move for extended periods (8–10 hour shifts)
• Willingness to work evening, overnight, weekend, or rotating shifts
