In this role, you’ll be hands-on across the full product lifecycle. You’ll help design, test, and bring complex mechanical systems to life while collaborating with a highly technical team in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

We’re looking for someone who is confident in SolidWorks 2021, enjoys solving complex engineering challenges, and thrives both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design and develop complex electromechanical systems used in advanced CNC and automation
• Build and refine 3D CAD models and detailed drawings in SolidWorks 2021
• Analyze and improve designs using tools like FEA
• Work on hydraulic, precision, and heavy-load mechanical systems
• Collaborate with electrical, controls, and manufacturing teams to bring systems to life
• Develop and run test plans to validate performance and reliability
• Support machine builds, installations, and real-world implementation
• Maintain clear and organized engineering documentation and revisions

What We’re Looking For

• Experience using SolidWorks 2021
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent hands-on experience)
• At least 2 years of experience designing mechanical or automated systems
• Strong understanding of assemblies, tolerancing, and system integration
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a team setting

• Familiarity with MasterCAM or similar CAM software
• Background working with production-scale or high-volume systems
