What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll serve as a core part of the operations team — bridging communication, ensuring consistency, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. This isn’t about managing people; it’s about making sure the system works, the team wins, and the customer feels it.

• Own the details: Review orders, ensure accuracy, and confirm every assignment is right before dispatch
• Champion elite customer service: Greet walk-ins, field calls, solve problems quickly, and support our associates in the field
• Support recruiting workflow: Assist with paperwork, placement, and follow-up — ensuring candidates are moving efficiently through the pipeline
• Help the team win: Follow up on loose ends, check paperwork, audit completion, and coach up where needed
• Keep the front smooth: Reinforce standards, answer questions, handle logistics, and serve as a dependable anchor when things get busy
• Spot red flags: Call out performance issues early, raise concerns, and work with leadership to course-correct as needed
• Fill the gaps: Step in wherever needed to keep the office calm, controlled, and fully operational

Compensation & Schedule

• Annual Salary: $50,000
• Schedule: Full-time, in-office, typically 8 a.m. – close
• Location: Wichita, KS (on-site)
