We are seeking a career-minded, highly motivated Payroll & Executive Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This person will work closely with our CEO and play a critical role in the accuracy and integrity of our payroll and administrative systems.
Responsibilities
- Payroll Management:
- Organize and submit all payroll-related data accurately and on time.
- Manage certified payroll duties and ensure correct employee/client setup across platforms.
- Handle income withholding orders, garnishments, and employment verifications.
- Maintain unemployment records and manage Department of Labor communications.
- Ensure compliance with WOTC (Work Opportunity Tax Credit) and ACA (Affordable Care Act) regulations.
- Invoicing & Documentation:
- Create, manage, and deliver accurate client invoices on schedule.
- Maintain detailed and compliant records per federal and state regulations.
- Workers’ Compensation & Claims:
- File claims and manage supporting documentation for workers’ compensation.
- Executive Support:
- Provide administrative assistance to the CEO, including executive-level coordination.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism.
- Problem Resolution:
- Address payroll/invoicing inquiries professionally and effectively.
- Manage tough payroll-related conversations by listening, clarifying, and resolving with composure
