We are seeking a career-minded, highly motivated Payroll & Executive Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This person will work closely with our CEO and play a critical role in the accuracy and integrity of our payroll and administrative systems.

Responsibilities

  • Payroll Management:
  • Organize and submit all payroll-related data accurately and on time.
  • Manage certified payroll duties and ensure correct employee/client setup across platforms.
  • Handle income withholding orders, garnishments, and employment verifications.
  • Maintain unemployment records and manage Department of Labor communications.
  • Ensure compliance with WOTC (Work Opportunity Tax Credit) and ACA (Affordable Care Act) regulations.
  • Invoicing & Documentation:
  • Create, manage, and deliver accurate client invoices on schedule.
  • Maintain detailed and compliant records per federal and state regulations.
  • Workers’ Compensation & Claims:
  • File claims and manage supporting documentation for workers’ compensation.
  • Executive Support:
  • Provide administrative assistance to the CEO, including executive-level coordination.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Problem Resolution:
  • Address payroll/invoicing inquiries professionally and effectively.
  • Manage tough payroll-related conversations by listening, clarifying, and resolving with composure
