Where You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead & Develop People
• Build and coach a team of recruiters and support staff.
• Create a culture of accountability, recognition, and servant leadership.
• Drive Recruiting Success
• Oversee the full recruiting cycle—from sourcing and screening to onboarding.
• Support high-volume placements across warehouse, light industrial, hospitality, and more.
• Streamline & Scale
• Design KPI-driven workflows that make recruiting faster and more effective.
• Implement tools and systems that bring consistency and transparency to hiring.
• Partner with Leadership
• Report weekly on time-to-fill, retention, and other key metrics.
• Collaborate with ownership on workforce planning, hiring forecasts, and strategy.
• Stay Hands-On
• Jump in where needed to meet goals.
• Model best practices and understand the operation from the ground up.

Skills & Experience We Value

• 3+ years in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition (high-volume environment a plus)
• 3+ years of team leadership or recruiting management experience
• Confidence with staffing ATS systems, recruiting automation, and KPI tracking
• Strong process-building and operational mindset
• Excellent communication, prioritization, and organizational skills
• A natural builder who thrives in fast-paced, scaling environments

The Opportunity

• Full-time, in-office role based in Wichita, KS
• Pay: $80,000 starting salary with potential to grow to $100,000 based on performance

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional on-call and weekend needs
