Job description
We’re hiring a hands-on Recruitment Leader to build systems, lead sourcing efforts, and drive placement results. At our faith-based, high-volume staffing agency, we don’t just fill jobs—we transform lives. We’re looking for a working manager who thrives in fast-paced environments, builds high-performing recruiting pipelines, and creates structure through KPI-based systems
Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead the entire hiring pipeline, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and optimizing placements for both internal staff and field roles.
- System Development: Design and implement scalable, KPI-based recruiting processes to enhance speed, quality, and reduce dependency on leadership.
- Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a small team of recruiters or support staff; foster a culture driven by performance and purpose.
- Reporting & Metrics: Deliver recruiting performance reports to leadership twice weekly. Use data to pinpoint and address pipeline bottlenecks.
- Operational Support: Learn the business in depth and be ready to step in and assist where needed.
Qualifications
- Experience:
- 3+ years in recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing
- Bonus: Experience in high-volume, blue-collar, or fast-paced environments
- Technical Skills:
- Proven ability to create and implement systems and KPI-based recruiting processes
- Soft Skills:
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and exceptional communication
- Systems-thinker with strong organizational skills
- Leadership qualities aligned with servant leadership principles
