Overview

We’re looking for a Technology Implementation Specialist to help build and scale the systems that power our operations.

Our team is driving a shift toward innovative technology, automation, and AI to modernize how we operate — and in this role, you’ll work directly with the owner to help bring that vision to life.

We are heavily leveraging tools like Claude (including custom workflows like “Clawbot”) alongside automation platforms to streamline recruiting, communication, and operations.

If you enjoy figuring things out, improving processes, and working with cutting-edge tools (without needing to be a developer), this is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience building real business infrastructure.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and manage systems using platforms like Monday.com
  • Create and optimize workflows and automations to improve efficiency
  • Support the rollout of new tools, including CRM systems, texting platforms, and AI solutions
  • Work with middleware tools like Zapier and Make to connect systems
  • Assist in building and refining AI-driven workflows (including tools like Claude/Clawbot)
  • Work with API keys, webhooks, and integrations to connect platforms and automate processes
  • Identify inefficiencies and proactively suggest improvements
  • Troubleshoot system issues and implement solutions
  • Help train team members on new tools and processes

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience with Monday.com or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with middleware tools (Zapier, Make, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, or system integrations
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Comfortable learning new systems quickly
  • Problem-solver with a proactive mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Interest in automation, AI tools, and improving workflows

Nice to Have (Not Required)

  • Background in operations, staffing, or administrative work
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Familiarity with SMS/communication platforms like Twilio or Salesmsg
  • Experience building dashboards or reporting tools
  • Experience training teams on new systems
  • Exposure to process improvement or workflow optimization
  • Experience in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment

Why This Role

  • Work directly with leadership on innovative tech and AI initiatives
  • Hands-on experience with automation, AI tools, and real-world system integrations
  • Build and improve tools like Claude/Clawbot that directly impact operations
  • Gain experience working with APIs, integrations, and workflow automation
  • Opportunity to grow into higher-level operations or technology roles
