This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes our policies and practices regarding our collection, use and disclosure of information you submit or we obtain in connection with your use of our Site. This Policy is incorporated into and subject to the Terms of Use.

For example, we collect information when you visit the Site and contact us, request a quote, create an account, sign up for job alerts, or submit your resume for a job match. When you apply for a position, we collect information you provide in the application, resume or related documents. During the onboarding process, we collect information you provide for that purpose. If you use Pay Stub Account Access or Pay Stub Access, we also collect information that you submit.

We collect some of this information through third party tools, applications or designated URLs. These third parties may store this information in the cloud.

We use the information we collect to operate the Site, carry out our business, comply with laws and for other purposes described herein.

In connection with the actions listed above, you may provide the following personal information:

You do not have to provide the above information; however, if you do not provide information when requested, you may not be able to access certain functions or areas of the Site, and we may be unable to provide you with certain information or process your application.
