Have you heard of Habitat for Humanity? Do you know what they do?
This is an amazing organization that helps Wichita residents get out of sub-par or unaffordable housing if they meet the income criteria.
One of the best parts of Habitat for Humanity is that all recipients of their services must put in sweat equity building their own home and helping other recipients build theirs.
They also help candidates obtain financing that would otherwise be unavailable.
This is an amazing example of how our wonderful Mid-Western community supports its residents.
