Check out this Wichita Event to Help Minority Entrepreneurs!
One of the great things about Wichita is that we have so many strong programs for entrepreneurs and startups. A few of them are S.C.O.R.E. (Service Core of Retired Executives) the Small Business Development Center, the WSU center for Entrepreneurship and so much more. We have entrepreneurs like Jack DeBoer who are willing to spend six-figures on research for the development of downtown Wichita, and coming up is a special forum that is just for African-American and minority business owners and prospective business owners.
On June 11th from 9am to 2pm the Create Campaign Forum will take place. It is intended to connect under-served entrepreneurs with service providers and resources, with a focus on startup and growth of their businesses. It will happen at the Rhatigan Student Center at Wichita State, 1845 Fairmount.
The keynote speaker will be Dell Gines of the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City.
